For Single-Family MBS, we provide access to Prospectuses, Prospectus Supplements, and Trust Agreements. For any Single-Family transaction, the related disclosure documents may be found in PoolTalk®.

For Multifamily MBS we provide access to (i) for transactions with an issue date before November 1, 2017, the MBS Prospectuses, (ii) for transactions with an issue date on or after November 1, 2017, a form of Prospectus for each type of Multifamily transaction, and (iii) the Trust Agreements. For any Multifamily transaction, the related disclosure documents (whether the transaction issue date was before or after November 1, 2017) may be found in DUS Disclose®.

For Structured Transactions including Megas and Supers®:

For Megas and Supers, we provide access to the Prospectuses, Prospectus Supplements (single-family and multifamily), Final Data Statements, and Trust Agreements.

For REMICs and other Structured Transactions, we provide access to the Prospectuses, Prospectus Supplements, and, as described below, REMIC Trust Agreements:

Trust Agreements for REMICs and Structured Transactions: For certain REMIC and Structured Transactions trusts, each trust is governed by a separate “stand-alone” trust agreement relating solely to the particular transaction. For the remaining REMICs and Structured Transactions, each trust is governed by a master trust agreement together with a separate issue supplement relating solely to the particular transaction. The following sections provide trust agreements and issue supplements for REMICs and Structured Transactions. Each is presented as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.

For Stripped Mortgage-Backed Securities (SMBS), we provide access to the Prospectuses, Prospectus Supplements/Preliminary Data Statements, Final Data Statements, and Trust Agreements.
