Update on Rollout of New Web Addresses for Fannie Mae Mega and REMIC Data Collections

On January 2, 2014, Fannie Mae announced that it would enhance the layout of its Mega® and REMIC data collection pages and would introduce new web addresses or URLs for these pages on February 10, 2014.

The introduction of the new web addresses or URLs has been postponed at this time. Users may continue to use the existing web addresses to access this information.  Fannie Mae will publish an additional announcement in the future should any changes occur to these web addresses. 

As a reminder, market participants may also find the most recent downloadable Mega and REMIC Final Data Statements and REMIC Prospectus Supplements on the Mega Latest Postings and REMIC Latest Postings web pages, respectively.
