Fannie Mae Extends Eligibility for Selling Loans in Forbearance

Today, Fannie Mae updated Lender Letter LL-2020-06, Selling Loans in Forbearance due to COVID-19, to its single-family sellers communicating temporary policies in response to the COVID-19 national emergency. This update extends eligible note dates to November 30, 2020 and delivery to January 31, 2021.
